Tornado watch

Oi. So we have a tornado watch in West Michigan today and I recall being terrified of these as a kid. Funny the things you remember that bothered , or should I say "triggered" , you as a kid. I'd like to think I'm well past those anxious feelings when bad weather creeps up on us. But ... maybe there are some things you don't grow out of. And I think that's ok. I'm learning to treat myself with as much grace as I try to give rude people in a store or parking lot or traffic. Learning being the key word. Ohhhh. Big crash of thunder just brought my pup up on the couch with me. Time to be the mama who comforts !!!! Love it.
